Lol @ the idea that this is thin in any way. This is a large wine from a big vintage. Beautiful forest berries with rose and even a bit of cassia cinnamon. While certainly delicious I’m excited for where this will be in a few more years, as secondary notes of christmasy warmth become more prevalent

In contrast to some of the older notes, I thought this bottle showed very well and offered a relative value in Vosne.
Open and approachable, this poured dark and displayed aromas of sous bois, black cherry, and yes, a little cola. Soft and round, but balanced acidity. #2 of 8 in our groups tasting

While this wine was good it lacked character. It was rather thin and almost coca cola like with the fruit. Too much cherry fruit in this one and yet it had some wonderful characteristics of Burgundy. At dinner so sorry there isn't for to say. However, my wife and the owner of the restaurant (Frenchmen) loved the wine so it possibly is just me. Just seemed a bit pricey for what it presented.

Lovely Vosne from one of the best village sites. Intricate and complex fruit with different dark berries and lots of fine spices. Mouthfeel is easily on 1er Cru level, or as Thibault puts it "villige plus".

Vindredi (Barcode (Bellevue, WA)): Tasted blind. Darker compared to the others in the flight. More black cherry, oak, and an intense concentration of fruit. Nice richness and density to the body. Finishes with lots of fine tannin, and very well balanced.
