  In Depth Rosenthal Burgundy Tasting (Bin 75 Alpharetta, GA): Dense, darker earth, muscular, somewhat shy nose, tobacco, black cherry, muscular yet a delicacy to it, powerful, grand cru density; so good.

  Plus accessible que Les Cras mais quand même très/trop jeune. Le lendemain, on a beaucoup plus de plaisir: des notes fumées sur la trame de cassis acidulé. Une de mes cuvées préférées de la cave. Contrairement à beaucoup d'autres vins du millésime, les Barthod mériteront d'être attendus avec patience. Misère! Et moi qui espérait les boire plus tôt! Encore de grands vins pour Mme Barthod.

  Dunkles Rubinrot
  Rotfruchtig,waldwürzig,floral,mineralisch,leicht aetherisch.
  Frisch,kühl,cremig-seidig,fleischig,balanciert,glatte integrierte Gerbstoffe,mittlerer Körper,passende Säure.
  Langer Abgang.
  Viel Frucht,Substanz,sehr wandelbarer,reicher, einnehmender Chambolle Musigny.
