Un rouge sérieux pour la longue garde. Encore assez tannique. Très bon dans le genre, mais on est loin de la dentelle ici.

I've never tried this Magliocco grape but I'm thrilled. On the nose cassis and cherry, some plum and leather. The palate is mineral, coffee, tobacco and dark cherry. Slightly rounded herbs, velvety tannins, not too elegant but warm and intense.

Un petit tour en Italie.
En ce samedi soir de changement d'heure, nous avons besoin d'un puissant réconfortant pour nous permettre de passer une belle soirée. Après une visite au Grand Marché de Québec pour faire quelques emplettes, nous en profitons pour planifier notre prochain voyage à San Francisco en dégustant cette succulente bouteille de vin. Un rayon de soleil dans une journée sombre et ennuyante.
