My wife, bother-in-law, and mother-in-law liked this. I, on the other hand, did not. I couldn't help but wonder why I ever bought this in the first place.

Lemon, grapefruit, herbs and limestone on the nose. Light color and body. Lemon and mixed herbs in the taste with the limestone coming back at the end. Good acidity. Drank with a plate of spicy garlic shrimp over pasta. Good match. Not a great wine, but well worth drinking.

You know, we just don't like this wine, it's completely out of balance, with the acidity overpowering the fruit, and this didn't appear to be an off bottle- It was light gold, with notes of apple, pear and citrus fruit on the nose, once again the acidity was over the top, and the finish was quite short (79 Points).

Nice, our first Gruner Veltliner - Very much like a 'big' Reisling to me, white/gold in colour, concentrated, smooth, notes of citrus fruit on the nose, dry and bracing acidity on the palate, smooth with a medium finish (86 Points).
