Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Smells like an old Chesterfield lounge that has had some sweaty fucker laying around on it for several decades. There’s also a more refined scent of bitter chocolate and dried fig. It has notes of teak and black olive that work their way into the aromatic profile with air. In the mouth it is very savoury with a little vinous sweetness and plenty of cedar, teak and earth flavours. It has the texture of an oyster and whilst not overly generous is remarkably persistent.
