From memory--tasted alongside Beringer '16 St. Helena Home Vineyard cabernet. Dark cabernet fruit with accents of cocoa, vanilla, cedar, loam and stone. Medium acidity and medium+ tannins. Excellent integration and balance--a beautiful mountain cabernet with the depth of flavor and texture for which one hopes. 92-93. This was preferred to the St. Helena which was very good but did not have the same depth, intensity or finish, but which was notable for beautiful valley fruit.
