Really wound up at the moment, and needs tremendous breathing to wake up. Lacking that 17 generosity. Also quite dark fruited; cherries, raspberries, and touches of liqueur. I think this has the stuffing to be something delicious but today, it just needs to sort itself out first.

PnP, very tight for a 2017 not much showing on the nose and palate. After 2 hours or so, some red fruits notes emerged. Definitely not a good showing for an MG.

Drank over 2-3 hrs. The 1st hour was pure blue fruit and violets then halfway through the bottle, bright red cherry and Vosne spices emerges with intensity on the nose. The palate is on the lighter side but sleek and polished with spice laden finish. Very impressive for a village - only downside is the price. As good as this is, doesn't warrant the current market price.

Very light red berries, very feminine, forest floor... Tannin present, a bit dry finish, red berries, a bit strict finish...
