Sure, this will get better with age but boy is it tasty now. Black fruit and Vosne spice with hints of oak, the palate has a roundness and sweetness that make it effortless to drink. This wine shows a ripeness that I’d be surprised the 2012 had at age 4. The 2012 I had a couple years back has an ethereal elegance that I wonder if the 2020 will age into, given that it seems bigger and richer. Either way, I have high hopes for this vintage.

Showed just the way I'd hoped--plush fruit that felt rich but not slutty, youthful and springtime energetic. Insane way to wrap up an unforgettable 50th bday dinner at Jungsik.

Blind. Fuller body and higher alcohol level than other bottles of the night, very young, aroma of strong powdery red and purple fruits. But flavor intensity is not pronounced. It should be a village wine.

Infanticide is the best word to describe. The colour is inky and purple in colour. It’s mainly black fruits than red. Need more time in the bottle.

Young. Quite some oak here, but already in balance. Velvety tannins. Fruit is not exhuberant.
