Drank Thanksgiving, 2011. Not as fresh as the last couple btls, but I haven't visited this wine in about 3 years. I still appreciated the leaness and taughtness of the wine compared to many of the thick and waxy white Graves out there. Was sl oxidized, but blew off in about 30 minutes. I have one left and there would be no reason to hang on to it.

Rich, viscous wine. Brilliant waxy & floral aromas and a streak of pipi. Loaded with grapefruit, honey, and chalky flavors. Racy with great tension. Savory finish lasts 20+ secs. Reminded me of a Leflaive bourgogne or to stay closer to the variety, a poor man's version of SHL.

Nose of stone fruit, minerals, and floral notes. Palate of key lime pie, lemon, and creamy butter. Plenty of woodsy oak. Moderate-to-high acidity. Very interesting wine. Good value.

Consistant from last year. Clean, well-balanced and unique. Would like to revisit this in more recent years.
