PNP then drank over 2 hours. Fairly dense, well balanced, delicious modern styled Cab Franc. Opens with a nose of fresh cherries and florals. As it warmed and got air it settled into a beautiful black cherry flavored wine with great acidity and freshness with a slight spicey note.
2 hours slo-ox and drank over 2 nights with T bone steaks. Full bodied, plush texture on the first day, black cherry, plum, violets. Grippy tannins on day 2.
Three hour slow ox. Very very deep intense ruby magenta color. Freeze dried raspberry, Italian parsley, and marzipan. Dry, slightly chalky palate. Firm, lower intensity tannins on the medium long finish.
The nose is a bit reserved. This really needs a two hour decant. It’s a touch earthy.

2.5 hour slow ox then enjoyed over 2-3 hours during/after dinner. Dark magenta in the glass. Nose of smoky barrel char/oak, brown herbs/Italian parsley, without much fruit upfront to start.
Palate of spices, red fruit and smooth, soft tannins. 94 early on in the night but it gets even smoother and more together and more fruity as the night goes on....95 at least by the end.

2 hour decant. Smooth and elegant, wonderful CF and great QPR. Early in drinking window and looking forward to seeing how it matures in a few years.
