  Decanted. For me a very light vintage of this wine with purple fruit and minerality. Lightly meaty. 91-92

C'est en effet un superbe pinot noir que signe ici l'un des domaines les plus réputés de Bourgogne. Un nez floral et finement épicé, des notes de fruits noirs et de fleurs séchées. Vous pouvez cuisiner un tournedos rossini, une délicieuse poularde à la crème ou bien un châteaubriand vert-pré. A déguster avec passion !

  Took one for the team and drank off list… it had a dark purple color in the glass, fruit was quite glossy and forward, almost too much so. But with about 40 minutes in glass it began to develop a little more complexity and show a more Chambolle red fruited quality. This surely needs time but I also suspect that with these warm vintages it’s just a different kind of wine then it was even 4-5 years ago. Let’s see how it ages.
