Deep garnet color. On the nose, black fruits, cassis, mossy forest floor, tobacco, leather. The palate is sensual, with dark chocolate, tobacco, dark fruit in the background. Very much like this for a more savory glass.

This is a Pomerol, which means predominantly Merlot. Dark, inky purple, with aromas of oak, mint, and spices. On the palate I got chocolate covered cherries, earth, and crushed rock, flowing to a long, lasting finish. Full bodied, rich, smooth, but tannic, this is very youthful for a Bordeaux. Drinkable now, but needs more time in the bottle. I should have decanted, an it was tight at first, but by the end it was definitely evolving and opening up in the glass.

PnP, natural cork, 15% Alc., dense purple dark violett color.
Nose: Beautiful, black berries, black currant.
Palate: Good freshness, smooth mouthfeel, good structure, warm wood notes, perfectly dosed black chocolate, a bit coffee, black fruit, hedonistic, multilayered.
A bit of southern France, also reminds me of de la Negly, e.g. La Porte du Ciel, from days gone by. Really very nice and I suspect there is more to come. Strongly recommend to buy, 93+.

This is a deep, dark and sensuous wine. Swirling in the glass unlocked some of the potential but it's still a bit of a mystery. For the price paid this is already a win in my book.
