Medium plus acid with a touch of bitterness. Long finish on the aforementioned savory notes.
This clearly needs more time (and has the structure to do so) to reach its potential, but is delicious now. This is what I’m looking for in Chablis. Salt and acid.

Good weight, malolactic roundness that i come to expect from the best of chablis. The nose was a bit bleh but think it'll get more precise with time and hopefully develop nuance. Crowd pleaser, although these are starting to get expensive...1-2 points of upside in 5+ years

Too young and too sweet, almost like corn sugar, with some botrytis in the mix. Hard to drink, to be fair. 90+
