Opened and poured at a restaurant. Deep yellow that lightened with air. Similarly, it did the Dauvissat thing aromatically, first showing a brief blast of honey before peeling back to reveal intense oyster shell, broth, and citrus. Medium weight, plenty of material and concentration. Terrific acidity, soil, and savory saline elements rather than the lemony fruit steal the show. Excellent and at a very good place now.

Tasted over 2 hrs -translucent light-med gold -mild funk brown spice subtle waxy lanolin -med acidity, med weight substantial depth and viscosity lemon oil brown spice strong minerality on the finish -squarely on its mature plateau, maybe picked up some heft in the past few years

Popped and poured. Quite modest nose that requires some coaxing to get it to come to life. The palate is quite focused, steely and linear. Lemon, tropicalia and minerals come through. In a good spot now.

Pop and pour and fortunately this was one of the good bottles. Citrus fruits, minerals, and acid all in harmony. Drinking at peak.

Mildly amber color. Nose of sweet apricot. Tasted sweet and slightly maderized.
