  Slow-oxed overnight serving into Zalto Burgundy glass (“Leaf” day): Pale copper with ruby hues. Fine deposits.
  
  More about preserved citrus peels. Quite a broad range of white spices.
  
  Quite lean on palate. Good amount of silky tannins remained. 93 points for now.
  
  Second round, about half bottle in: more cherry fruits.
  
  Reserved for long term observations.
