  After 3-hour double decanting, mushroom, green, moldied leaves, a little cheesy. Medium tannins, fine-grained but sticky on teeth. Dried plums and cherry skins finish. Quite lively fruitiness. Sourness and body is crunchy. A little metallic in the finish.

  Decanted 3 hours with little success. Flavors largely earthy, leathery with an unpleasant bitterness. Possibly just not a great bottle or slightly tainted. Just didn’t hold up. Was not improved on 2 day, and not much different.
