Just drinkable after double decanting, one of our party stated "Yuck", but others suggested it got better during dinner. This wine would have been better 20 years ago, but did present with methane aroma on the nose initially. I did note a very faded sense of roses and tar in the aroma as well as the taste, but the wine was very over the hill. Nice bricky color, but a disappointing showing. If you have one, drink up if you can.
