  • Classic. Tart red berries (cherries, currants, cranberry), cinnamon, and loam soil. Well integrated oak, an impressive structure with beautiful acidity and tannins to support the fruit. Spicier, with blackcurrant fruitiness on day two. Keep it at 16-18 degrees C, deteriorates considerably if the temperature rises from that level. Will develop complexity and textural depth with further cellaring. Drink 2030-2040. 94+ points.

    Better than the 2021 Guidalberto that I had next to it, and it also shows greater potential. Nonetheless, it comes across as less accessible today.
