  Nose: Peach, Lychee, Limestone and citrus nose with some green notes of sliced vegetables and minced parsley. A touch of floral funk. Palate: Well pitched acidity, orchard fruit and doughnut peach on the palate with chalky soil notes coming through. Finish: tart peach and floral notes. Very nice
  
  I am glad that Rebecca Gibb notes the rs (3g) on her note as there was some debate at the table as to whether there was some there. Glad to have that detail as I write this up. Excellent wine.

  Nose of peach flower, cloudberry. Full but gentle mouthfeel of beautiful fruit and delicate acidity. One the greatest sauvignon blanc wines I have ever tasted and truly an absolutely fantastic French white. Paired w/fish chowder et rouille. Magnifique!
