  Deep garnet in color with slight bricking edges. Austere knows of stewed, cherries, tomatoes, and hints of leather. Tests of cherries, leather, tobacco, and menthol. Into the tertiary flavors and light on fruit, but still drinking nicely. Decanted for two hours, and seemed to improve, but not as good on day two. Tasted from Magnum. Drink now and over the next three years.

  From a Mag. Tight upon opening. Left it in the bottle and went back to it over the next two days. Eventually revealed its cannubi provenance.
  Dusty roses, mouthcoating body, pine needles, wintergreen, tobacco and truffle. Drank from Riedel Performance Pinot/Nebbiolo glass.

  From a magnum which was decanted through a vinturi two hours before dinner. Red fruit on the nose, the palate was red berries, cherry and touch of cedar. A nice smooth finish. Served with the roasted marinated leg of lamb.
