Drank over a few hours. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, gold colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with gentle aromas of stony minerality, toasted almond nuts, peach, apricot, bit of honey cream. Peppermint and spice with more air. Developed. On the palate, dry, fluctuating high acidity, medium alcohol (13%), medium body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of stony minerality, apricot, peach, golden apple, ripe pear, honey cream, toasted almond nuts, peppermint with slight herbiness. Chalky long finish. Very gentle mouth-feel. Good quality. Not austere, and ripeness is there. But overall feeling for me is rather underwhelming considering the Grand Cru. I would say drink up.

Very clean and precise. Not very aromatic but with fine supple texture, with time in glass typical restrained Chardonnay flavours emerged. A wine of texture more than flavour. Great.
