  • Cork had obvious signs of seepage and in slipped right into the bottle with little effort to try to extract it but the juice inside is still good (in a 35-year old white wine kind of way). Nose is malty and oxidized with sweet caramel. Palate is light and still bright with crushed oyster shells, dried shrimp, tamarind paste, lime peel and butterscotch. Actually very enjoyable especially considering the condition of the cork!
