  Initially the nose is closed, after 1 hour in the glass. Pronounced nose intensity with yellow fruits, cream, vanilla, toast, flora. Medium+ acidity and long finish.

  More mature than we thought and it shows slightly premox.
  It has an opulent nose of coconut candy, citrus, nuttiness and slightly spices.
  Palate is round and balance.
  Good wine and probably need to drink up due to premox.

  Montrachet, Louis Jadot 07
  
  Deep gold color. Mature nose of dried exotic fruits, citrus peel, honey, dairy, flinty minerals, coconut and ginger spices, some nuttiness.
  
  Cleansing, round and viscous with good intensity filling the palate. More savoury, marzipan notes evolved mingling with sweet vanilla, toasty oak and apricot. Long and harmony.

  Tasted next to a wonderful 2007 Bouchard Pere & Fils Chevalier-Montrachet La Cabotte en magnum. A bit more restrained and discreet on the nose - incredibly detailed with notes of riper yellow stone fruit, gooseberries, floral and herbal notes, spices. Hardly any oak noticeable, which was different last time I had this two years ago. On the palate very pure and precise - lovely fruit, very fresh and vibrant, some minerality, slightly spicy. Supremely elegant and refined. The finish is stunning in its length and detail. Very impressive. Drink or keep. 95-97

  Opulent nose with oak, tropical fruit, and honey. Palate is very rich and powerful with good length with some noticeable oak. Needs time to develop more nuance. Like many 07 white I have tried this year, its aging faster than what we initially believed when it was released. This should enter its drinking window in 1-2 year. 91-92
