This is a lovely wine but it's way too young for prime time drinking with lots of oak noticeable on the nose and palate. Otherwise, the material and fruit here seem well-judged but wait at least 5 years and probably longer to open again. 93+

(Blind tasting) Medium-fullish nose. Good depth. Red fruit and raspberry. Subtle and pure. Some herbal hints. Spice, violets and flowers. Chambolle-like. Medium body. Velvety palate. Very balanced and perfumed. Perfectly developed. Raspberry, flowers and stoney mineral. Very long and silky. We guessed on Les Amoureuses and were never near Gevrey-Chambertin GC-territory...

Full, rich, spicy nose. Lovely raspberry-fresh strawberry nose. Herbal notes reminding of dill. Gently oaky. Very fine depth. Medium body (surprisingly light for the vintage). Red fruit, raspberry, sandalwood oak, silky and smooth. Chalky and ballerina lightness. Good intensity, but clearly of weaker GC-quality. Elegance or too light - choose yourself.

Spicy fine nose, with a touch of herbs and licorice, smoke, meat, red fruits. Palate with lush and ripe, red fruits, touch of earth and herb spices. Very fine and elegant for the vintage indeed, with lots of stuffing left in it, for further aging. Will hold my remaining bottles for 10+ years (if I can manage).

Nicely balanced, maybe a hint too concentrated and lush in the fruit section. 94
