Rockss and Fruit

  • By Lyle Fass
10/4/2004, (See more on Rockss and Fruit...)

(Cos d'Estournel) Cocoa, raspberry liquor and complex mineral tones on the nose. Lush and glyceril with dense, silky primary fruit. Black fruits with a red streak. Pretty elegant and does a little mambo on the palate. Super concentrated but done in a kind of "spoofilated" new-world style. Very different and less traditional than the '95 Cos the other week. I still liked it
