Although this may be a function of its youth, I didn't get any of the honey or vanilla notes that fuller Semillion can have, and the acidity made it hard to gauge much depth in the fruit. This is refreshing, if a bit straightforward. Lean, mean, and green. Needs time.
Light body, diminished alcohol 11-11.5%? (actually 10.8%)
High acid. No phenolic bitterness.
Squeaky clean - no malo, no oxidative aging.
