Introduction

A burgundy lunch with a bit of a Rousseau theme. Apart from the faulty wines, the reds were all lovely, but for me the Rousseaus have a luminosity and depth that leaves me quite emotional - the 93s are pretty much perfect.

Flight 1 - with Scallop and crab ravioli with basil and shellfish bisque (2 Notes)

Flight 2 - with Pan fried halibut with confit garlic, ceps and red wine sauce (3 Notes)

Flight 3 - with Assiette of lamb with goat's cheese, provencale puree and griddled courgettes (3 Notes)

Flight 4 - with Lemon grass panna cotta with passion fruit, pineapple and coconut madeleines (1 Note)

Flight 5 - Back up bottles at the end of the meal (5 Notes)
