The bouquet is still a bit locked, but shows some white fruits. On the palate the same fruits, minerals, nicely dry, but not bone dry, grapefruit acidity and bitterness. Overall a beautiful and full bodied wine which is not bone dry. 87 – 88

Beautiful bouquet with dark forest fruits and luxurious, beautifully toasted oak. Same impressions on the palate. Some bell pepper, good acidity and firm tannin. Still very young. Beautiful wine of good breed. Of course not as refined and complex as I am used to of the first wine, but this is really a beautiful second wine. Wait at least until 2018 – 2020+ 89 for today.

The bouquet is youthful and still open with dark fruits and that sweet spices perfume that belongs to Margaux. On the palate dark forest fruits, beautifully dosed oak, good acidity and soft almost tempting tannin. This is a well balanced and harmonious wine. Really beautiful in its youthful stage already. Around 2024 this might prove to be a really lovely wine. 90+ for today.

One tasting note for 2011 and 2012. Both wines have dark and some red berries in the bouquet. Creaminess as well. The fruits of the 2011 seem to be more ripe, while the 2012 shows a bit more oaky flavors. There is some chocolate and coffee as well, mostly in the 2011. Both wines have good acidity and slightly sticky tannin. For today I score both wines 89+ with a little higher expectations for the 2011 let’s say around 2020.

On the palate the same impressions, a lot of good dark fruit juice, good acidity, round tannin and a good length. The best and most complex wine of this domain I tasted today. Early maturity now and it will probably improve a bit over the next 2 – 3+ years. Excellent wine.

Beautiful bouquet with dark forest fruits and beautiful oak. On the palate a full bodied wine with the same forest fruits and a lot of good oak which still has to integrate. A very youthful, but in potential beautiful wine. Wait until 2023 for the next try. In the score I include 2 points for the potential, but that might not be enough.
