We went straight to white capsel, Riesling auslese with 5-10 years of age and were ready to put money on it on account to aromatics and palate feel. Medium mouthfeel with a tanginess and minerality immediately noticeable, and a light perlant. Delightful pairing with spaghetti squash, Sauteed onions, sliced olives, and fresh tomato with added crumbled feta cheese.
