3/24/2024 - 67Riche Likes this wine: 93 pointsHour decant, and it needed it. Seems like it is fully resolved. Typical acidity for the vintage, tannins seamless. Dark tart cherry flavor with muted Vosne aromatics. In a very good, intellectual spot. |

3/19/2024 - gparker777 Likes this wine: 92 pointsJust noticed my own note, not to touch this for a few years, but had already broken the seal. Pale ruby in the glass. Shy nose of strawberries, raspberries, mushrooms, cinnamon. Palate has a tartness to begin with and some green vine elements but holds together well into a long satisfying finish and plenty of tannins to chew over. |

1/18/2024 - LFo wrote: NRAn excellent Vosne for the price. Dark red and merging with orange hue near the rim. Red fruited but deep and has clove, spice, oak with a Christmas pudding characteristic. Everything I want in a village Vosne. This is not ‘big’ by any means and has excellent balance, density and persistence. Fine grained tannins, but very slightly dusty. If I was being picky the finish is slightly dry but not enough to deter me from drinking this endlessly. I’ve had many bottles of this and really appreciate the value. |

12/26/2023 - Nowine4U-sucks wrote: 89 pointsWhile the 2020 Domaine des Perdrix Pinot Noir Bourgogne impresses with its inviting dark ruby hue, there's a notable departure from the expected translucence traditionally associated with Pinot Noir. The wine leans towards a darker complexion, which, for purists, might challenge the conventional visual expectations of the varietal. |

12/3/2023 - rosuoter Likes this wine: NRPnP. Light translucent ruby red with orange at the rim. The nose is quite closed and unforthcoming showing dark red fruit, underbrush, sous bois notes. Light-to-medium body. On the palate fruit is practically absent, a bit too acidic and tannic. With air, gains weight and roundness and shows quite good intensity. Seems to be still coming through its dumb phase and needs further cellaring to soften its structure and grow in complexity. |

Despite the intrusive presence of the wood, product of their style, density and length stand out. The wines of this winery always need an extra time of maturation in bottle. |

9/19/2023 - Wine-is-Art Likes this wine: 90 pointsGood wine, but not what I expect from a great producer/vintage/Grand Cru Vineyard in Burgundy. Big, brooding. Decanted for about 45 minutes. Dark plummy fruit. Not at all Pinot Noir like. Non of the elegance and complexity I expect from this caliber of wine. Very dark color. Was it good? Yes. Did I enjoy it with dinner? Yes. Worth the money? Not even close. Big disappointment. |

5/13/2023 - gparker777 Likes this wine: 89 pointsPale Ruby colour in the glass. On the nose picking up cherry, strawberry and some mushrooms. This is a light bodied wine with a fair amount of freshness to start but less fruit than expected and found more savoury elements in the middle palate and finish with game umami and some leather. Solid entry level Partridge wine but nothing too special going on here. Definitely further aging potential however and would recommend leaving it another 2-3 years. |
