Lemon curd, hazelnuts and a touch of butter, all cut with laser-like acidity. Wonderful pairing with top-notch Chinese takeout. A pleasure to drink tonight. |

Typical Aubert tropical notes but all balanced with white flowers and hazelnut undercurrents...brilliant! |
