And just so you know, I do love a good Sauternes, so I'm not adverse to dessert wines. There's one caveat: this was my first ice wine, domestic or otherwise, so I really don't know if this is the typical ice wine flavor profile. Everyone else was raving though-taking photos of the label, etc.-so if you have a sweet tooth that leans toward tropical fruit topped with a couple of spoonfuls of sugar, you'll absolutely love this wine! |
