Bottle was full up into the kneck. A bit thin and should have been drank years ago but much better than thought it would be. |

10/3/2015 - Jadiii Likes this wine: NRVery well structured wine with a lot of body, red fruit on the nose, dark fruit on the palate. Enjoyed it, I know it is a different wine but still prefer my favorite the Shea vineyard. Well done. |

4/24/2015 - Jadiii Likes this wine: 93 pointsIf you have one drink it, at its peak. Just a lovely Pinot from the start and only got better. Excellent balance, nice fruit but had to think about the soft red cherry undertones. Silky with a smooth long finish. Only have one left and I don't normally give reviews but this one deserved the effort. |

8/2/2014 - Jadiii wrote: 92 pointsDefinitely decant, needed some time to open up and really enjoyed it. No confusion on the origin of this wine, a nice mix of old school but approachable now. Great rich dark fruit, some power and a nice long finish. Glad I have 5 more but will wait on the next bottle. |

12/8/2013 - Jadiii Likes this wine: 92 pointsBetter than I remember it, usually not a huge Quintessa fan but this wine is drinking very nicely, a classic Napa Cab. Rich berry nose and deep dark fruit flavors with a touch of earth and dryness. Finish is also nice, although a bit of an edge, |
