Saturday, January 27, 2018 - Occasional dinner group; Bordeaux 2000 (@ Merlet): Almost the end of the tasting and just limited notes. Very luxurious bouquet with dark berries, beautiful oak and cedar. Same on the palate. Juicy dark fruits, beautiful acidity and still youthful tannin. Very beautiful wine already and still a lot of potential.

Yes, we have dinner in Merlet at least once a year. One of my favorite restaurants.
