Friday, November 25, 2011 - Game dinner with a very large group (@ TM): A lot of barnyard/horse stable in the bouquet. Maybe even a bit too much. On the palate however the wine is still great; a lot of sweetness, but also a lot of elegance. I did not make more notes this time, but I have a few bottles, so there will be a follow up.
