Earthy, red fruits and nuances of spice and camphor. A perfumed nose which keeps giving and evolving in the first 1+ hour. Elegant and tea like on the palette. Drinking very well now. Enjoyable

Pleasant Burg, not outstanding by any means but smooth, good buy for the money. Nose of red fruit, strawberry, some earth and flowers. Palate is medium body, good acidity, mostly red fruits and short earthy finish.

This was my fourth bottle consumed, and I now believe I drank the others too soon. Clean, balanced, representative of the terroir, it's shed the rustic and tannic notes I found earlier. Significantly better than most villages wine, and especially impressive given the ripe character of the vintage.

Slightly closed nose of forest foliage and fruit, spicy oak, and licorice root. On the palate it is medium bodied with the pithy oak carrying the fragile fruit. A simple village wine with decent qualities but drink soon.

Nose is somewhat muted, has some nice cherry fruit and earthiness but is missing the elegant perfume that I associate with good burgundy. Pretty rich cherry and earth on the palate, with significant weight and tannins. Pretty decent, but not worth the price of admission.

Bouchard Père & Fils wines (Stockholm): Some dung heap aromas, cherries, not very developed, rater good concentration, noticeable but velvety tannins, good acidity. Good balance, young, 87-88 p?

A slightly stinky mineral funk on the nose dominates over sweet fruit underneath. Very smooth on the palate, with some unctuousness but also apparent acidity. Feels a little light. Decent. Arguably better on the palate than the Savigny Lavieres, but nothing more than decent for a Chambolle village wine.

Very good village Chambolle-Musigny. May improve even further over the next 5 years.
