Very good and ideal with a roast chicken. Rich and touch of butter though maybe the entry is a touch soft / flabby but mid and end is good with good acidity on the finish. Drinking very well. Almost Vire Cleese or Rhône white in its style Lovely.

Outstanding! Apricot and Pear with a creamy finish. tannins well integrated. Went well with a baked Red Snapper. This wine is a keeper. Opened only a few minutes before serving. Got better within a half an hour. Not sweet, not overly dry.

Straw yellow. Nose has bread and dough. Smells quite young, compared to the Comte Lafon Meursault 2001 tasted next to it. Less elegant as well. Thick and fat, lemony and lovely. Palate is elegant with gentle acidity, complex and very nice with nutty finish. Long but slightly thin in the end palate.

The White Burgundy Masterclass (The Athenians' Club, Athens, Greece): Medium to dark yellow-gold. Sweet and oaky nose with mellon, ripe peach and hazelnuts. Medium-full bodiedwith sweet and opulent fruit and good balance. Long aftertaste. An extremely well-made new world-like chardonnay.

I have always been a fan of the Chateau Fuisse VV. This 2011 is in a very sweet spot. Delicious now, but will last.

Yellow fruit, pears, some citrus. Palate is fat and powerful, good length. Nice to drink now.

Straw colour with a little lemon creeping in, but not at all bad for the age.
Appealing and complex nose, starting with butter/oatmeal, but with lemon and fennel/mint coming through as well.
Lemon and butter lead on the palate, with a little grapefruit from the very slightly spiky acidity.
In very good health, already very enjoyable, but no rush whatsoever. It could well improve further over the next 3-5+ years.
