Intriguing combination of ripe and green aromas with good weight, especially for its level. Plenty of apple with some tropical hints in the middle, then more classically Chablis on finish. Very good Villages.

Mature hue, autumn,. Palate with super vivacity and baked apples and nice bitterness dominated by long minerality. A style close to some of the best Jura chardonnays. I wouldn't say that it is a fine wine (that higher cuvées might be) but it is full of surprisong flavors and personnality. Not for oyster but a chicken with creamy curry sauce.

Rich style for chablis with apricot, gingerbread and toasted walnut aromas. Slightly less opulent flavors, but still rich, with stone and ripe orchard fruit. Well supported with acidity and minerality. Very good value wine.

Medium lemon in color. Quite expressive on the nose, even when first poured and too cold, showing vibrant fruit aromas of McIntosh apple, nectarine, and golden plum, as well as a polleny floral character and some spice. Very good on the palate, but hard to pin down. It’s fresh and bright, with prominent green-apple acidity and great focus, but it also has a little more body than you would expect from that description, plus a bit of honeyed richness. There’s also some almost tropical guava/mango fruit flavor mixed in. The finish is medium-long and fruit-focused. One hesitant observation: I think I might be getting the faintest hint of botrytis character on both the nose and palate—it’s very subtle, but there’s just something ever so slightly suggestive of that distinct exotic note. Could be my imagination …
Good Chablis—not the most structured or mineral, and won’t be the most long-lived, but it has nice expression and balance, and on top of that is just tasty. Thumbs up.

PopnPour, tasted over 2 hrs -translucent light gold -slightly tropical sweet citrus -med+ acidity peeks in late on med weight sappy but relatively simple mid-palate with lemon and quinine element but no obvious tropical, respectable finish -solid for Chablis village

My first Pattes Loup wine. Ripe, slightly fat apple with some tropical fruit hints. Starts lush, acidity and minerality come through middle to finish, but not necessarily the type of steely, oystershell minerality I expect from Chablis. Moderate length. Very good Chardonnay, particularly for Villages level, but the wine's typicity didn't come across clearly today.

Maybe the best $34 Chablis I've had. At once rich and textured, this had great depth, bounded by minerality that stretched for days. Maybe a touch of oak, which in my opinion helped show contrast to the citrus and pineapple notes. Excellent all around.

Nice wine that will be even better in 2015. Light straw colour. The nose is quite rich, a bit of exotic fruits. The palate is more finessed with minerals, citrus and zesty acidity. Good for food pairing due to the lively acidity.

Another beautiful bottle of this fantastic Chablis. So much cut, acidity and clean fruit. Can't do much better than this for an AOC Chablis at the price point.

Tasted right after opening. Expressiv nose of hay, honeysuckle, clementin juice, impression of saltiness. Mouth surprising of vivacity, chawlky, mineral, spicy on white pepper, well structured with seeds tannins. Long after taste. I do prefer this 2011 rather the 2010 witch was more rounded (Chassagne like), to far from a Chablis that you expect. This one is it . Excellent. Keep it two more years.

Had this last night with my better half, and have to admit that I'm not as enthused about this wine as most of the previous posters/raters. Certainly okay, and this may be my first Chablis from 2011, so perhaps I just haven't compared it to what other producers were able to put in the bottle in this vintage, but I found this more drinkable than truly exciting.

This was a really interesting Chablis, seemed more secondary flavour profile than what I normally expect from a chablis. Colour was slightly darker than normal with a wonderful nose macerated apples, some pear and pineapple, similar palate with excellent fruit though it’s well supported with acidity

Lots of green apple, and smoke with notes of tropical fruit, lees and mint. Light to medium bodied with great acid, freshness and balance. Good persistence too. Not a blockbuster but very well made, delicious and refreshing. Better than average, introductory Chablis.

Purist nose with lemon zest, yellow apple, melon, chalky/flinty minerals and yeasty lees. Smells like a fairly ripe burgundy without the oak (only old casks). Quite a concentrated fruit with good fresh acid cut. Promising stuff, surely will improve with short-term ageing to flesh out and mellow just a bit. Love the style here.

It's hard to beat this wine as an everyday drinker. Goes great with food, lots of acidity, not oaky, bright with mild lemon. Nice cutting finish. I'm a fan of this wine, especially for the price ($26).

Insane! Can't believe how good this is for the level and especially the vintage. Linear, minerals, acidity, citrus fruits and completely delicious. Loved the 2010 and shocked at how great the 2011 is. Up and coming rockstar producer.

Malty on the nose, almost lager-like (!) with some subdued green and citrus fruits. Lively and fresh taste with balanced acidity. Significantly more interesting on the palate than the nose. Very good.

Actually deeper yellow than the '07 Moreau next to it. Rounder and riper than that wine with rich citrus. Simpler too, but some minerality and salinity in the background. Average acidity. Seems built for earlier enjoyment. Pleasant basic cuvee.

Holy cow! How did Pico manage to put together an acid Chablis in 2011? What I'm really excited about here is the consistency in the house style from the 2010. You really sense a continuity, and the end product is just delicious. Agree with the previous taster on the attack, but there is acid for days to clean up. It just gets drier and drier with air. Just brilliant stuff. This kid is on to something. The minerality and acid are even palpable on the nose. Extra point for 2011 success.

Floral nose with pears and ripe sweet apples. Oily entry on the palate which initially feels ripe and unctuous, then a fresh lime acidity and a chalky mineral grip assert themselves before a mineral finish with pebbles and yellow grapefruit. The acidity was even brighter on the second night. Slightly less flashy than the 2010 and more mineral but delicious nonetheless!
