Fantastic, vibrant Pinot Gris. Quite dry. Just think how much better this is than the Italian Pinot Grigio that cost twice as much and taste half as good

Sweet on the nose, elderflower, hint of rhubarb, and a bit mineral. Very nice mouthfeel, and not overly sweet due to the fresh acidity. A little green on the palate, notes of elderflower, unripe peach, decent acidity, and mineral.

This isn’t as good as before. Seems to have lost a bit. Normally enjoyed as a palate cleanser before the main course but it’s gotten a bit too sweet and doesn’t have enough acid.
Interesting nose. Taste: off dry, with a little bit of licorice and a good acidity. A quite simple, fresh, true- to-type Alsatian pinot gris. Good with food, on its own a little bit to harsh for me. 86.

Finale assez courte.

A few wines from Alsace: Light gold color. Nose of lemon curd, apricot, pineapple, notes of crushed shells. Plump texture with fresh acidity, just a hint of sweetness, and it all lines up in balance. Juicy fruit (apricot, orange, lemon curd), mineral water, quinine, mint and sea salt notes with elements of white flowers and clean laundry. Very delicious but also precise and age-worthy. Long, lasting, mineral-encrusted finish. 13.5% alcohol and about 7 g/l residual sugar. Pure Alsace Pinot Gris goodness.

This decent but generally unimpressive Alsatian Pinot Gris takes a while to open up, but when it finally does it delivers a pleasant nose of white flowers and orchard fruit and subdued flavours of apple, pear, apricot, and lemon, with some citrus zest and pith livening things up a bit on the back end, as well as a very light mineral streak (perhaps derived from the volcanic terroir). It's dry and certainly refreshing with food, restrained and unobtrusive, and it's actually quite nice to encounter a Pinot Gris, in contrast to the more common Pinot Grigio, that keeps its fruity sweetness in check. Fine overall, if lacking anything truly distinctive.

A little simple, but it's delicious. Ripe nose, and a round sweetness on the palate. The acidity is only moderate, but I really like the balance.
There's definitely more life in this, even though it's only a 1/2-bottle.

Outstanding. Had for Mother’s Day with grilled crab legs and asparagus. Light and refreshing, light fruit, perfect dry/sweet balance. Buying more.

Radish, herbs, stone fruits and honey on the nose. Tightens up on the palate, more herbal than fruity. Decent.

Nose of lemon and honey. The flavour is lemon and honey with a creamy texture. The finish is a bit bitter with good length. Nice and refreshing.
