A ripe nose of yellow orchard fruit and flowers. The palate is dense and concentrated with notes of ripe lemon, yellow orchard fruit, flowers and fresh dough. Rich and tasty.

Very accessible and easy drinking wine but in my opinion too sweet and candied. Maybe due to the vintage, but I also think this producer has changed style with more recent vintages and lowered the dosage.

Maybe better last year or before. Still good but drink if you have it. Light straw color, small slow bubbles. Rich nutty nose over green apple pie. Still a lip smacking palate with lemon curd, key lime pie and honey roasted nuts. Sadly it’s a quick finish. 2009 Harvest 100% chard DG 4/14 5g/l

The nose is clean, med/med+ intensity, dense nose of ripe fruit, ripe citrus, pear and pineapple, sweet yeast derived scents, youthful. The wine is dry (5g/l), medium body and intensity, medium alcohol (12,5%) with high med/med+ acidity, balanced, dense but with refreshing acidity, ripe pineapple, mouthcoating CO2, green apple notes in the elegant med+ to long finish. Outstanding quality, premium price, drinking now but will hold

Nose: Fresh and balanced with Brioche, baked breads, red apples, white fruits, and racy mineral tones. While the nose isn't the most complex, it has excellent depth and precision to it.
Taste: Medium bodied with fresh and racy medium/high acidity. The structure is quite present with brioche, red apples, white fruits, and a good dose of mineral tones on the back end.
Overall: This is a lovely Blanc de Blancs. It could use a couple of years to sort itself out, but this isn't a long-term aging candidate.

Opened on Christmas Day in Maui. Citrus notes with a hint of brioche emerging on the finish. Lovely.
