PnP, chilled, but better with some air. Pretty significant minerality on the nose. On the medium bodied palate there is lemon, stony minerality, some apple, and juicy acidity that cleanses the palate. A nicely balanced version of Grenache Blanc that should hold for at least a couple of years. Goes well with almost anything from the sea.

Medium straw color. Green apple, florals and lemongrass aromas on a perfumed nose. Medium plus acid. Medium body. Flavors of mild citrus/citrus rind, tropical fruits, mineral finish.

Popped and poured. Lovely tropical fruit, orange, minerals with a little nuttiness. Crisp with lip smacking acidity. Excellent for the varietal which is typically not my favorite.

Medium straw color. Aromas of mild citrus rind and lemon grass. Medium body. Low acid. Very round in the mouth. Flavors of honey, apricot nectar, Meyer lemon with a slightly mineral finish. The finish is medium in length. Lovely.

Drank beautifully over two nights. Excellent. A good vintage for this wine marrying mineral cut, citrus notes, and nice texture. This is a flexible wine, nice on its own and good with anything from mixed apps to a main course with shellfish...

We really love Grenache blanc wines, especially from Tablas Creek. Great nose of lemon and minerality. The medium weight palate has a great balance of lemon, green apple and lychee fruit, limestone minerality and a near perfect acidity. Went perfectly with our baked cod.

This had a really great nose of Beeswax/honey, lemon, and Lychee nuts. The medium bodied palate tasted of lemon/lime zest, green apple, white flowers, and it had a long citrusy finish. An excellent wine to pair with broiled/roasted fish.

Really nice wine, good fruit and acid to balance, light to medium bodied, drank easily with fried cod and chips with some tuna sushi, will drink again in another vintage, just a good white wine.

Very, very good at a terrific price. Golden color. Granny Smith green apple, unicellular, something herbaceous on the nose; ame flavors on the palate with a sparkling minerality that gives way to a creamy finish. Buy more!

Enjoyed over a couple of nights. Tablas does it again with this varietal bottling. Maybe a bit more lush and even having some RS this time? Granny Smith apple, minerality, as you'd expect from Tablas, enough acid to go against the above-average richness here. I've got another bottle and wonder whether this won't be even better in 1-2 years.

A touch sweeter than previous vintages. But that same mouth-watering creamy quality makes this offering so enchanting. Viscous with grapefruit, lemon zest and pineapple core. Minerals in the finish. Worth Seeking Out.

Lovely showing again. Very nice on its own and paired against rich spicy butter chicken and it worked well. Solid on the second night, too.
Not sad to have a couple more bottles on order, just need to keep the hands off them for a year or so to see how it evolves.

Lemon tart, green apple, anise, herbal notes, some minerality. Good acid, full body. Paired well with simply baked salmon and honey roasted carrots.
