Singapore Airlines Business Class (Singapore Airlines): black and blue berry, creamy notes, polished oak offers a little chocolate, sweet spice. Juicy acidity, sweet spice, a little liquorice joins the fruit and oak notes, silky integrated slightly woody tannins prove softly engaging. S'alright, simple, easy

Fragrant nose of dark chocolate, toasted aniseed, very ripe blueberries and plum. Delicious and warm. Nice spices. The palate is more elegant than what the nose suggests. Fresh and deep on a medium structure. Tannins are firm for now. Finish is somewhat disjointed from the mid-palate. Decant for an hour for better harmony.

Very Barossan full fruit flavours, jammy black currant dominates, with an almost sweet vanilla type note at the finish. Limited complexity and very soft tannin. Perhaps lacking a bit in length and interest, but a smooth easy drinking, but full bodied, shiraz.

Deep red/purple colour, bright and clean in the glass. Dry, spicy red fruit nose. Beautiful clean mouthfeel, soft, firm and dry. Improving as it breaths. A good shiraz, not overly powerful but simple clean fruit. Perfect with pizza tonight.

Dark berry jam on nose. Drier than the nose suggest. Full body with good concentration yet balance with soft tannin.
