PWS 2010-02: Dinner; a mixed set of whites and reds. (@ DE): Very light. Not much to smell or taste. The is just a little pleasant citrus acidity. No complexity at all, but certainly refreshing on a hot Portuguese day and definitely nothing wrong with it. For 3.5$ per bottle……. good qpr!

This is a favorite of my wife. A very refreshing, lightly sparkling vinho verde. Great, easy drinking apertif, summer wine. Low price and low alcohol pleasant fare.

THis is a lovely Vinho Verde - very light, a slight effervescence, fresh and young. Many VV seem to lose their lightness when exported but this reminds me of the stuff we drank in Portugal. Perfect for a hot afternoon by the pool. Not really recommended with food - just drink and enjoy.

A fruity smell with some citrus, sweetpeas and even, can I say it? shit.... I´ll say no more....
Taste;
Some nice gras flowers with some sandstones (means stones lying on the beach, I guess)
Conclusion;
This was a new experience for me, being my first ever Vinho Verde. An o-key wine, with a nice price.
