Very nice, smooth, sweet cherry, coffee, vanilla laced fruit. Ripe and fruity but balanced with no hint of tannins from when i first tried thus on release. Decent QPR!

Balanced, with secondary flavors, but flavors are not focused. Spicy with softened tannin. It is acid minus that takes away from the freshness of the wine.

Bottle brought from the house to drink with the rest of them while renovating Oinoscent. Nice and big but not overpowering, needs time to open up. This is on the ripe side, big tannins but it just seemed to lack depth and complexity. Probably better with food

Still drinking. Rough around the edges still quite a bit tannnic, but the fruit showed through after about an hour. Potentially going through a phase that will lead to much more integrated tannins? Definitely needs a bold dish to go with it.

Dried mushroom on the nose. Initially fairly simple bigger fruit opening to cool, classic Ribera Tempranillo, elegant. Decant for a hour + now or wait another 3 years.

I'm glad I waited to drink this wine! It was wonderful, medium - full body with nice fruit and soft tannins. If I had more, I would drink it all right now! It is absolutely great!

A lot of wood and acidity here. Fruit is way in the background. It was a good wine if that is your thing and there is cellaring potential here. Decanted for 1.5 hours and this seemed to help the wine.

Ready to go at PnP, almost too suave with very little air. This hurt the offering later in the night. RdD usually have long runs, but this was out of steam at 3 hours. Not enough acidity to carry through, a shame because the dark cherry with some red plum, smoke, and bit of fermented vanilla was great initially. Drink now.

when opened bouquet smells incense, fruit and very very ripe vegetables, in the beginning very strong tannins and big (black) fruit, after a certain while tannin gets softer very long, still quite young in my opinion

Deep jetshot plum. Fragrent nose of black fruits and herbs. Good acidity, soft tannins and rich and broad flavour. A long finish. The wine is at a peak and perfect for curent drinking.

Winemakers dinner with Peter Sisseck (Het Gebaar, Antwerp, Belgium): Beautiful bouquet with chocolate and dark forest fruits as well as beautiful oak and sweet spices. On the palate a very friendly wine with beautiful sweet spices and oak, mild acidity and tannin and soft bitterness. Beautiful wine, ready now and a future of several years.

LOvely vanilla frosting nose. Not much happening on the palate though, some cherry vanilla, dirt, rather one dimensional. Looking at other notes, maybe an off bottle or maybe better with food.

inky black, purple, opaque. Nse of black cherries, herbs. The palate quite poronouced, rich and mouthfilling. Moderate acidity but still very fresh. Tannis soft and not introusive. Black cherries, ripe plums, garrique and a hint of black olive. Complex, involving and layered. A longish finish. For what it is, it is an excellent wine. I think the lack of acidity may impact on its lifespan but certainly, no problem for the next five years.

Loved it. Balanced tannins and acidity already now! Rich fruit and nice notes of vanilla, green peppers, and oily/tar. Drank it with roast lamb with oven-roasted potatoes.

Deep blueish crimson, clear. Cherries, ripe black fruits, vanilla. Medium + acidity, dry and fine tannins, quite pronounced with an intense flavour of nlueberries, mulberries, cherry, kirsch. Great balance and freshnes. A bit young but all the ingredients there for a great wine. At this age, an hour's decanting would not go amis. Long, very slightly hot finish.

Very nice. Needed an hour of decanter before really came into balance. Nice cool purple fruit with healthy tannins to balance. Before decanting was slightly jammy, but that went away quickly.

Rich colour; ethereal nose of blackberry liqueur, violets and lead pencil; rich, modern and polished style, smooth, creamy, elegant tannins, perfectly integrated oak, seamless acidity, good length. Stylish and typical.

Really liked this alot as did guests at our dinner party. Very expressive nose of smoke, tar, and dark fruit all of which are front and center on the palate. Really rich and layered with the ripe plum and currant flavors interwoven with the charcoal and grilled herb elements. Full bodied and balanced, this went well with our prime rib and I would definitely recommend.

Too young to rate. I should have waited a few years but I grew impatient. Pop and pour was all heat and alcohol. even after a few hours it did not distinguish itself. Second day it was still tight even after decanting. Has much promise and will save other bottle for years down the road.

Deep red color. Aromas of ripe red fruits, lavender and vanilla spices. Although young, nicely structured and integrated fruit and tannins. Soft but rich mouthfeel. Not very complex but delicious to drink now and should get better with a few years of bottle age.

Great stuff! Very full bodied, fruity, spicy. Tight tannins. Needs food if you drink it now, but i think a couple of years in the cellar will make it more accessible.

Nice wine. Good nose and intense color. Needs time to open--decant or give it a few good hours. Nice complexity, yet I'd expected more from Dominio Pingus. Maybe that's the poors' version but for 30e retail (@ vinis) one could do better.
