Slow-O 1 hour. My third time tasting since release and it continues to get better. A considerable amount of structure here and it seems the fruit is up to the task. My challenge will be keeping my hands of the remaining four bottles. I love wines like this from great producers in 'off vintages'. highly recommended
Still drinking great as it has the last few years. Approachable now but enough stuffing for the long to mid term cellaring. Dried cherry, mint, raspberry, milk chocolate, and mineral.

A mid level cuvee in a so-so vintage shouldn’t be this good. Especially not at this age.
Just so clean, light, smooth already. The berries and flower petals jump on your palate. A little aromatically closed compared to the palate, but still very good.
Of course you can keep it, but this is in no way forbidding now. Very smooth for a young barolo.
Disclaimer: I often like my nebbiolo both young and old, but this is still exceptionelt drinkable for its age.

A terrific young Barolo that was both delicious and intriguing on pop n' pour. Texturally silky with black cherry and plum fruit that is pure, focused and not at all lightweight in this more difficult vintage. Refined and integrated tannins. Still open for business and providing oodles of pleasure.

Crazy fruit and complexity. Unfortunately somewhat overshadowed by reduction and tannin.
