What an absolutely wonderful champagne. Disgorged in 2019. Dark in color and as so often the case initially oxidative which softened after decanting and a 45-50min wait. Then it unfolds in all its complexity; notes of hazelnut, beurre noisette, porchini, ripe lemon, chalk and on and on. Incredibly length - magic wine and thats why we like champagne so much!

Ripe, but still drinking very well. Overly sweet compared to Taylor’s Fladgate - less my taste for the Graham
