Very cool experience drinking this one. Pnp and drank within 2 hours. Nose: blackberries, licorice, plum liqueur, wet oak, there is some red licorice as well. Palate: plum, stewed strawberries and blackberry, licorice, cassis liqueur, vibrant, leather and pepper. Drinking great! Paired it with sliders.

Tasting. Magnum. Rich and meaty while earthy. Not nearly as good as a recent bottle. Clean enough.
