A bright, fruity, easily accessible super Tuscan (for us new world fans). Lovely aromas and flavors of tasty black and purple cherries and berries, flowers, some darkness and touch of oak, all well-balanced with bracing acidity and smooth tannins; long finish, with fruit holding to the end. A nice sipper, but even better with food.

Enjoyed this - red fruits on the nose with some spices and tiny bit of tobacco on the palate. Nice amount of acidity balanced with the tannins. Medium finish. Would buy again

Red and dark fruits, light baking spice, black tea, cedar on the nose and most continuing in the mouth. There are significant tannins and acidity and the alcohol peeks through at times, making for a wine that is both substantial and with some lightness. This seemed to improve with more time open (even over days), so likely more time ahead in the cellar too...

Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese
Medium body, deep garnet color. Intense but elegant dried fruits, spices’ box and liquorice aroma. Complex palate of blackberry and sour plum following by juicy finish of good length. Wild berries acidity and grippy tannins, charm and very enjoyable wine. Food friendly, well pairing to spicy sausages. Serve 18ºC - 20ºC. Open one hour ahead. Drink now and next six years.
