Undrinkable, no fruit left. Devoted to cooking.

Corked! I’m becoming frustrated with corked Pinot Noirs!
Wine House: Very fruit forward, rasp., jam, later: earth & light spice; light bod, nice t’s, hi-notes; acid at back of throat, good fin.
Winery, day 2: Oaky, sweet meat smell, cloves, rasp., complex and smooth, “bramble berries, dark cherries, sweet oak--wild yeast fermentation”
Winery, day 1: Jammy, dark rasp., gamey, yeasty, mushrooms; BUT in large glass-complexity of caramel, choc., cloves, jerky, licorice, cranberry.
