EEE Nov 2018; Bordeaux Right bank (@ JWS): Creamy dark and red berries, some chocolate, earth and autumn flavors in the bouquet. On the palate dark berries, graphite and chocolate. Some bell pepper, well dosed oak, good acidity and slightly edgy tannin with a pleasant bite.

first day it showed fresh red fruits, on the second day it showed a bit heavier with mainly black fruits, not the best QPR, drinking well but for me not performing at Grand Cru Classé level

Monthly Tasting Group HWS #114; Bordeaux: St. Emilion Grand Cru Classé (By me): Beautiful and somewhat developed bouquet with creamy berries, some smoke and vanilla. On the palate creamy red and dark berries, sweet spices, good oak and acidity. Some green bell pepper as well. A bit drying. Nice wine to drink between now and 2020+?. 88 – 89?
already entering the start of its drinking window, but there is still some potential in it, fruity, without the little dryness at the end it would have scored 90
